Hey everyone, I need help picking a projector for indoor wall murals. I'm aiming to fill a 10-foot wall, but I can't place the projector more than 10 feet away. I'd also prefer something that works directly with my phone. TIA

Aim for something with at least 3000 lumens so your mural lines are crisp even with some ambient light. If you're using an iPhone or Android, models with screen mirroring or USB-C/Lightning input will save you some stress. Epson EpiqVision, BenQ TH671ST, or XGIMI options are good popular picks

I'm setting up a mural space too, so this caught my eye. Have you looked into short throw models like the ViewSonic PX703? It can handle big images from close range from what I know.

Also, are you projecting detailed designs or more abstract shapes? And what kind of phone are you using (Android or iPhone)? Bec some projectors work better with certain casting apps or cables.

Doing the same setup in my art studio here in Oregon. Tight space, big wall. I ended up going with the ViewSonic PX703HD since it's a short throw and gives a crisp image even from under 10 feet. For phone use, I added a cheap HDMI adapter and it worked like a charm. If you want something more plug-and-play, the Vamvo L4200 is super portable and phone-friendly.
