BenQ HT4550i as the main screen?

I'm being tempted to move from my 90” TV to a BenQ HT4550i projector for movie nights. I don’t watch much daytime TV, but I do love late-night films. Wondering if anyone regrets making the projector their main screen?

I swapped my 85” TV for a BenQ projector last year. No regrets, late‑night movies feel cinematic. Just make sure you’ve got blackout curtains for the best picture.

For movie nights, a projector like the HT4550i is hard to beat. Great contrast in a dark room and way more cinematic than a 90" TV. The only regrets I hear are from some who needed bright‑room performance.
