My ceiling mount is a little wobbly

Hey everyone, so my projector that's mounted on the ceiling wobbles whenever the fan is running. Any tips on how to make it stay steady?

I had the same issue with my basement setup, the fan made the projector shake like crazy. I added rubber washers between the mount and ceiling plate, and it absorbed most of the vibration. Cheap fix that worked well.
