Affordable projector for small apartment

I'm looking to put together a little home theater in my apartment without breaking the bank. I've come across a few budget projectors online, but I haven't made a decision yet. Do you have any recommendations or experiences with entry-level models?

It depends on what your budget is, but I would aim for around 1k ansi lumens, 1080p and a 1,500:1 contrast ratio. Again, these are the ideal specs you'll want to aim for and there are some budget oriented models that offer them. If they're outside your budget, you'll need to cut on a some things.

Start with a compact projector with decent brightness, around 1000 lumens or more. Don't stress too much about ultra high resolution at first, look 720p can look fine on a smaller screen. Portability and easy setup will make a big difference in an apartment

If you're trying to find a good projector, make sure it has a native resolution of 1080p, at least 200 ANSI lumens, and an HDMI input. For smaller rooms, the Yaber V6 or ViewSonic M1 are some good, cheaper options.

The cheapest one is the Smart HY300. But if I had to choose, I'd rather go to Epson.
