projector for birthday display

My wife bought an Onoayo ONO3Pro for our daughter's outdoor Wednesday theme birthday display, and it's driving me nuts.
We need a projector that can play a loop of short video files, but the current one flashes the video title every time it switches, and we can't turn it off!

Does anyone have a suggestion for a projector that lets you turn off the title/OSD display when changing files?
Bonus points if it can auto start the video loop when it powers on (since we use a simple timer).
What projectors do you guys use for these kinds of birthday displays? Thanks!

I’ve run into the same issue with looping displays. Look for projectors with built-in media players that support seamless USB playback and let you disable on-screen info. Have you checked if your ONO3Pro has a firmware update or hidden menu setting?

Before you buy a whole new projector, grab a cheap Micca Speck or a similar 4bit media player
you plug your USB into that, then the player into the projector via HDMI
those players have a seamless loop and hide file info setting that actually works
it’s a $40 fix instead of a $200 replacement
